Project Overview

Cisco contacted Prince Technologies as they sought out a cable company who excelled at network cable management for a large-scale client project in Knoxville, TN.  We worked closely together to create an optimal solution to remove their existing racks and put in its place new racks without interrupting their normal operation of their servers and systems. In total, we removed 100 2 post racks and installed 54 new 4 post racks. Additionally, over the course of the project, we installed 150,000 feet total of cable and fiber including 1,200 drops of Category 6 cable, 630 drops of Category 6A cable, and 1200 strands of OM4 Optical Fiber.
